Patrick Renz
Patrick is the president of Renz insurance Agency, Inc with over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry on both the company and agency side.
Prior to starting the agency, Patrick worked for Progressive Insurance and Affirmative Insurance companies as a Senior Marketing Representative. He then became the Vice President of Sales for North Shore Insurance Agency. Patrick started the Renz Insurance Agency, Inc. in April of 1997.
Patrick has served on Agents Advisory Council for our carriers and is a former President of the Cleveland Touchdown Club Charities.
He is a Graduate of Brecksville High School and John Carroll University.
He is the proud father of two children PJ and Ryleigh. Patrick and his wife Toni of 29 years enjoy boating, hiking, golf, and tennis in their free time.
Victoria M. Renz
Vickie has been working at Renz Insurance since 1999. Since then she has become licensed in P&C, Life, Health, and LTC in order to meet the needs of every one of our clients. She completed the additional certification, to help those looking for health insurance through the exchange. She also completed additional hours and certification through AHIP in order to help her senior clients with their Medicare needs.
Vickie is a proud graduate of Trinity High School and Otterbein College.
Whenever Vickie is out of the office, she enjoys spending time with her dog MeMe. She also enjoys the great outdoors, biking, and hiking on the Towpath, here in Ohio.
Terri Batcha
Terri is currently our Commercial CSR. She has been with the agency since 2014. She is here to help our licensed agents with their commercial lines customers. She is also a Licensed Notary Public.
Terri enjoys spending time with her husband Rick and her two children Amanda, and Nikki, she is currently excited about becoming a Grandma to her first Grandchild due in December.
Alexis Smolarchuk
Alexis is our newest member of the Renz Family joining us in May of 2021. She is currently in the process of obtaining her P&C License. She is here to help our clients while supporting our licensed agents with our personal lines customers.
Outside of work Alexis enjoys spending time with her family Aaron, Damon, and Jason. She enjoys traveling and photography.
Larry Kern
Larry has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years. He completed his CIC designation in 2005. Larry began his insurance career with the Sentry Insurance. In 2004 He started his own Agency Kern Insurance LLS as the principal Agent. Larry merged his agency with Renz Insurance in August in 2021.
Larry is excited to be a part of the Renz Insurance Family continuing to help clients get the best possible coverage.
Larry enjoys hiking, walking, and spending time with his two sons.
